Comfortable seats, clean toilet and a great way to travel in Europe. Scenic view along the way, which made travelling enjoyable. Information is displayed at strategic spots so you can track your journey. Announcement is made at each station so you wont miss your destination.
Comfort and value for money was great. Just that the train moved very slowly and stopped around a lot
Travelled first class, comfortable seats ,good air-conditioning . But no space for big suitcases , apart from overhead shelves which was not easy for women . There were no welcoming drinks as on other Italian trains . Overall , am pleased with experience

The train was about 15 minutes late at Innsbruck, but was able to make up some of the time and reached Venezia close to the scheduled arrival time. Very comfortable coach
A great trip
We travelled from Innsbruck to Venice on the beautiful Brenner pass which is said to be one among the most beautiful train routes in the world. The ticket booking process on Raileurope.com was easy and ticket delivery was swift. Though I booked the ticket at the last moment and was little apprehensive about in-time delivery, but received the ticket on the second working day itself. The train was right on time and the journey was smooth and comfortable. The train had a nice restaurant with a decent option of cusines offered on board. We enjoyed the secnic route and reached our destination right on time. Since the stoppage time of trains is very less one needs to be prepared with their coach position as otherwise it may take some time to locate your coach. I feel the coach position or number should be displayed on the platform before the trains arrives so that the passengers can stand at right boarding place before train arrives.
The train journey was all in all comfortable but one aspect was hard to understand that most of the passangers were sqeezed in a chair car whereas a lot of second class compartments with personalized compartments were just lying free. If both were second class, its not clear why all the allocation was in just one Car. Also, the RailEurope website does not let you enter the ages of children. So if you declare child, you have to pay whereas children below 4 years are free. I think ages and details of children must be gathered for use in case of accidents/crime/ calamities etc. Also, since most of the train was free, seat allocations can also be better for passengers with children.
everything did go well. I got my tickets in time via post. The train times and seat reservation were correct. Just the time of the city train was 5 min different. A online-printable ticket would be nice.
Enjoyed the trip. unfortunately we did not have the best of seats and this would have made it just that much better but we know everybody cannot have all the good seats. Will definitely make use of the facility again.
