Reviews & ratings Brussels - Paris
Very comfortable and a nice experience
We had no difficulty booking the tickets from India. We misplaced one printout but having access to the booking reference we had no difficulty getting a ticket issued at the station. (Only do remember that such tickets need to be endorsed at the stands near the platform). The seats were comfortable. The berths for the night journey were okay. There is food available on the day trains at reasonable prices. Overall definitely recommended.
Unfortunately Wifi connection was bad. Compare to the bus the cost was too high
We stayed in IBIS , right next to MIDI station. reaching from London and then taking this train tow days later to Paris was so convenient.
It was a comfortable journey and the most important was on schedule and as per timetable. No hazzles
Always a pleasure to ride a TGV. 1st class is great, although it's a shame the seats are so high it blocks the view out the windows, and some people pull down the shade to play dumb games on their cell phones. Fine sandwich and beer.
We had a good time and was convenient in every way. Indication on platform about A
The whole experience was overall good except for the staff. If we are greeted with a smile rather than a sour face that would be perfect. And they were rather unfriendly when we ask which cabin is our seats located. We were also confused with the seat number as the number jumps a lot in between numbers. And we thought we boarded the wrong cabin, However, we are happy that the train was already on the track when we arrive at the Station (half an hour before departure) and that gave us sufficient time to store our 2 medium size and rather heavy luggages. The conclusion is the whole ride was smooth, quiet and comfortable.
I had a very comfortable safe and relaxing trip. The service and help at the station in Brussels and on the platform was very good
Fast and comfortable.
The train departs on time, the travel was very confortable
There were no problems. I found it inconvenient that online tickets were not available for this trip. I received very good service from the customer support on some questions I had about the tickets I received.
Our train ride was quite an experience. We enjoyed the comfort and on-time departure/arrival. Thnx
