FRIENDLY STAFF AND COMFORTABLE!!
the journey was very comfortable and on time. the only problem faced was that there was no facility to print my ticket at the station counter. so would request to have a print out facility for the ticket at the station as well. thanks
Just a short trip which was hassle free.
We had never taken the Thalys train before. I would absolutely do it again. It was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The train is quiet and smooth. We had a great time.
Wonderful trip, large windows, roomy seats and a wonderful continental breakfast served. The only way to travel through Europe.
Very comfortable trip. Internet was so slow is wasn't usable but other than that, very nice. Maps with stops on the train and in the station would have been nice.
The travel was extremely comfortable. The staff was courteous and refreshments were superb. The trip was Excellent
Everything was great. Easy to find the correct track, quiet ride, all was good. We'd do it again.
It is perfect!
delighted to have snacks and drinks provided on train in 1st class compartment. The serving staff are also very nice in manners. This is a very good consideration especially for multiple legs of journeys. Hope this will be continued.
The trains are on time. Use the code on the ticket can pass the gate of Rotterdam.
the train left on time, was very full but the reservation system worked well. Overall, a smooth and comfortable trip
We made use of the Thalys speed train from Paris to Brussels and then again from Brussels to Amsterdam. It was a lovely experience. We were is 2nd class. The seat were nice and big, it was safe and toilets were clean. I can recommend this. Thank you Thalys.
Poor WiFi was an issue for me.
The free Wifi was intermittent and needs improvement.
