Reviews & ratings Munich - Paris
I was not able to take this train as my passage from Budapest to Munich was halted and terminated at Salzburg Austria
Initially I used my 2nd calss railpass to buy a tciket from Munich Hbf to Paris Est, but when I collected the ticket I discovered that due to mstake the ticket was for 1st class seat. Went to raileurope office and informed tham of the error. Told by staff that the ticket was invalid, and that I needed to buy another ticket, and then to request for refund of the first ticket. I thus bought a new ticket. returned the first ticket and asked for its refund. But days later, told by raileurope that refund was refused. Found this very unjkust, unfair and unreasonable to a genuine and honest customer, though this experience did not disturb my trip..
Our travel was smooth. Departed and arrived on time. The train was clean and we are very comfortable.
Muenchen HBF was easy to navigate and so clean. The train to Paris was clean, comfortable and on time. The meal was delicious and served by friendly staff. Would definitely take the train again!
We had a great trip on the train. Fast and quiet, I wish our trains in Canada were half of what you have.
My husband and I used raileurope from France to Germany. It was such a smooth process and we will definitely use them again.
The trip from Munich to Paris was pretty comfortable with the only problem being that as I sat on the aisle I was hit but everybody boarding and disembarking the train. But in between the few stops that it happened the ride was smooth, the scenery was perfect and the seats themselves were pretty comfortable. All in all, no real complaints.
I was not able to purchase a paperless option for my trip. This was very inconvenient for someone who was already traveling because it takes about 8 business days to mail the paper ticket.
Excellent trip. Service can improve.
I was given the 3rd upper dock bed at cabin 118 Number 86 from Munich to Paris on 7 Dec. no other passager on the same cabin on that night and i enjoyed the own cabin and had a soundly sleep night
Excellent trip from Munich to Paris. Everything was first class. I wasn't sure where exactly to board and the stewards were very helpful and directed me to the right car. The staff during the trip were efficient and attentive with the exception of the cabin steward, who was a bit distant and not quite as courteous as others but not insufferable.
It was a comfortable ride and perfect timing. Will recommend to my friends
It was a nice travel with nice pantry cafeteria on purchase basis :) The seats were good but I would have liked a little recliner which was not poss although the silver button was given but non functional Thank You
To provide ticket counter check before entering the train, avoiding wrong train taken.
