  • "Relaxing trip"
Four of us flew into Madrid, and took the RENFE to Sevilla. Online reservations were easy. We took advantage of the inexpensive luggage check to tour the Prado before our train left. After a long flight, it was great to be able to move around on the train.

  • "Very good experience "
We took the high speed train from Madrid to Seville. The train journey was very comfortable and easy. The staff at Madrid was very helpful, as we missed our reserved time. They made the rebooking a good experience, and was able to assist us in English. Would use this service again in the future.
The journey was very comfortable, the coach attendants spoke English and were looking after us very well. Would like to travel on an AVE again and again
  • "Great service"
Our experience with Rail Europe and Renfe was outstanding. It was very easy to book the tickets on the Rail Europe website - easy to access, easy to understand and effective. We never had a problem with our tickets on any of the journeys we took. The trains are very clean, comfortable and very convenient. In comparison to hiring a car and driving, it is so nice to just sit and relax on the train, not worrying about whether you taking the correct route or speed tickets etc. The trains are very quiet as well so we could catch up on some sleep seeing as we stretch every day to the maximum on our travels. I would really advise anyone to use Rail Europe and the Renfe speed trains!

    big comfort
  • "great experience"
everything was so convenient, train was fast and comfortable. the only possible improvement is to replace the printed ticket by e-ticket, which could save more time and also is environmental friendly.
