  • "Fast "
It was our family first time travel in Europe by train as we usual drove wherever convenience. This high speed train was very impressive of its comfort, steady and speedy. We were surprised to the hospitality, food, drink offered, and have to say thank you to those assistants although one of them was not very friendly when I asked for a sparkling wine. The other lady was pleased to send me the drink when I requested again. Overall was V Good.
  • "Excellent"
    Very nice
  • "it was a good experience "
one small suggestion, when the tickets been booked we need to get the train tickets directly to the mailing address. instead of downloading the tickets going through many option. bit confusing.
  • "Flawless!"
We took 3 train trips in Spain, and all went off without a hitch. I bought the tickets online months in advance and printed our boarding passes at home. We walked right on the trains and took our assigned seats. Nothing easier or convenient than that!
  • "Amazing!"
Thank you for a wonderful trip in the Renfe high speed train from Barcelona to Madrid. Everything from booking the ticket via the internet, arriving at the train and boarding, the journey itself and disembarking in Madrid went seamless and without any problem. What stands out is the friendliness and professional behaviour of the staff on the train. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable trip.
  • "Nice trip Barcelona to Madrid"
We purchased our tickets in the US and everything went well. The train ride was smooth and fast going almost 200 MPH on some portions of the route. Chairs were comfortable and there was refreshments available. The US should try to match this service.
  • "Excellent travel by train"
It could not be better, everything is perfect organized, no stress, train on time, just wonderful. Also the trip vom Madrid to Toledo, same experience. I would always recommend to travel by train in Spain.
  • "delightful"
In less than 3 hours we were transported to Madrid in a clean, punctual, comfortable bullet train. I would recommend it to anyone. The price was also reasonable.
  • "Elshan Mamedov (Baku, Azerb.)"
    I used your service
  • "Great service"
Our experience with Rail Europe and Renfe was outstanding. It was very easy to book the tickets on the Rail Europe website - easy to access, easy to understand and effective. We never had a problem with our tickets on any of the journeys we took. The trains are very clean, comfortable and very convenient. In comparison to hiring a car and driving, it is so nice to just sit and relax on the train, not worrying about whether you taking the correct route or speed tickets etc. The trains are very quiet as well so we could catch up on some sleep seeing as we stretch every day to the maximum on our travels. I would really advise anyone to use Rail Europe and the Renfe speed trains!
  • "Nice comfortable journey"
Train travel was nice and comfortable. Train was clean and on time.
  • "Barcelona to Madrid on Renfe"
Very convenient and comfortable journey. It left and reached on time. The boarding was also done well at Barcelona station. Always a pleasure travelling by train in Europe.
  • "Barcelona Sant - Puerta Atocha"
We had to remind ourselves that we were in a train and not a plane, the leather seats were very comfortable and with generous legroom,. The service was excellent, we traveled in Preferente Class which included a snack, coffee and choice of drinks such as Cava/Wine etc. Overall pleasant experience.
  • "Great Experience!"
Though the price is close to an airfare one...
  • "Best train trip ever"
300 km/h fast, extremely silent and comfortable. I wish I could use this train instead of airplane to travel back to my country and not only from Barcelona to Madrid. Only weak point was the headphone we got for listening to the music which quality was realy poor
