- "Slow and old train." Yiu Kin Joshua c. 13/11/2015
I think the Euro star should be quite new and comfort. But the seat, and inside of train, is old. It's gives bad impression. And it becomes slow after land on England, at last, it's delay on arrival.
- "Return Trip from Paris to Lond" Seong Hwa t. 13/11/2015
My return trip from Paris Nord to London on the 3rd Nov '15 schedule 21:15 was delayed for an hour to 22:15 hours. Suggestion: There is heavy congestion at the gate due to the train delay and not enough seats. Waiting passengers had to sit on the floor and it was uncomfortable especially for elderly.
- "Confort " . 29/10/2015
It was a great experience travel with you. I would say: Very Good

This was an easy and comfortable way to travel from London to Paris. We arrived in 2 1/2 hours, it was great. The only drawback was dealing with our luggage, but it was well worth it.
- "Quick trip to Lille" Shelagh t. 19/10/2015
Recently traveled by Eurostars from London to Lille to attend a conference. I traveled second class as this was a journey of approx 80 minutes and I considered that the short journey was not worth a first class fare. Great journey with no hassles. Would do again.
- "An easy way to travel" Paulette Megan t. 19/10/2015
Customer service was great
- "Eurostar to London from Paris" Brian w. 17/10/2015
On French side of channel the train travelled at speed, but had to slow on the English and was delayed close to London by 20 minutes. Train was quiet, but looked grubby on outside and a bit worn on inside. Efficient way to get to London from Paris, much better than flying.
