It's very convenience to reserve and booking. I've reserved when i was in Thailand and i could print at home to travel there and no need to validated. It saves us time and guaranteed seat reservation to make us kind traveling.

The travel was very comfortable and convenient with a good vegetarian meal provided. An enjoyable trip, which I would certainly recommend to all the travellers.

I lost my tickets from Paris to Swiss, and no one in Paris station can help me to do re-print, except I had to pay for the same fee for my tickets again! So strange that English can print for me (when I was in London to Paris and I lost those tickets as well), but French staff refused to do so. Also, it would be more convenient for customer who buy the tickets in Rail Europe that they can be in "E-Ticket" instead in paper, like my case, it could be solved easily if using Internet and print in Hotel.

I have travelled from Paris to Interlaken Ost, it was the best travel of my life, the comfort of seats, dinning in the train compartment is a very good experience, and the behavior of staff is very polite and very cooperative. I would like to travel again and again.
- "It was a good experience" Yan Ngee y. 04/11/2013
The cabin has almost everything we need (toiletries, etc), firm bed, good scenery and breakfast was ok (hot drink, croissant and orange juice). However, I think its overprice, though it was a good first-time experience to travel an overnight train.
- "Fast and Comfortable Commute" Prasad b. 29/05/2013
Took TGV Lyria from Paris to Interlaken. Traveling through TGV is fast, very comfortable and very convenient. I travelled through first class with Eurail Global Pass which is proved to be value for money and time saving instead of taking point to point tickets. Only thing which I didn't like is wifi was not working even though was mentioned in First class benefits.
- "not so good" Mustafa Amir m. 22/05/2013
move from city by train in Europe is something amazing, however the trip was good but I was expect more.
