We couldn't work out how to print our ticket at the station, so went to information. The lady in the information centre was wonderful and printed our ticket for us. We had quite a lot of luggage and were pleased that there was space on the train, next to our seat for our luggage. The train was clean, comfortable and fast. It certainly made a big difference to our trip - without having a long drive. The stations both in Hendaye and Bordeaux were well signposted and we had no problem navigating our way around.
